Rumor terbaru HTC Bolt akan usung processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 810

Kabar mengejutkan datang kembali dari device terbaru HTC yang bernama Bolt dengan codename Acadia, sebelumnya memang sudah terlihat penampakan di dunia nyata dari device ini dengan membawa kabar besar yaitu hilangnya fungsi Jack 3.5mm dan tidak hanya sampai situ saja kabar besar lainnya muncul yaitu adalah bahwa di katakan HTC Bolt akan usung Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, apakah ini akan menjadi baik-baik saja?

Sebelum menjawab pertanyaan tersebut ada baiknya kita ketahui dulu sumber dari pemberitaan ini, dan benar saja pemberitaan ini datang dari seorang leakers device HTC yang melakukan tweet di akun resmi twitternya yaitu @LlabtooFeR yang membunyikan bahwa HTC Bolt akan usung Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 dengan luas layar 5.5 Inch kualitas WQHD, dari layar tentu saja hal ini sangat bagus namun dari processor nampaknya tidak akan baik-baik saja.

Karena sudah di ketahui waktu dulu bahwa seri processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 mempunyai masalah terkait overheating, dengan asumsi device yang di pasangi processor ini akan cepat sekali panas, meski kinerja dan performa processor ini sangat cepat, dan yang lebih aneh adalah ketika beberapa vendor besar seperti Samsung dan lainnya menjauhi processor ini kenapa malah HTC yang mengimplementasikannya, tentu saja hal ini menjadi perbincangan yang hangat sekarang ini, dan hanya pihak HTC saja yang tahu alasannya apa.

The handset, which HTC claims is the best they've ever made, takes several cues from the design of previous products in the One line (although it also bears an obvious similarity to Apple's iPhones too). The handset features an all-metal body and sports a bezel-less 5-inch screen, with a resolution of 1080p.

On the software side, the company has collaborated closely with Google to make the One A9 the first non-Nexus phone to launch with Android 6.0 Marshmallow on day one, along with support for Android Pay and Now On-Tap. What’s more, any Android updates will be made available within 15 days of their release on the Nexus line.

HTC Butterfly S with Snapdragon 600 SoC and 3200 mAh battery announced

HTC today announced the launch of Butterfly S built on the same lines as its predecessor Butterfly launched last year but with a difference.  The Butterfly S will pack the largest capacity battery in any of the HTC lineup of phones and will run on Snapdragon 600 SoC.

The Butterfly S will have full HD Super LCD 3 display with a screen size of 5 inches.  The display will be protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and the phone will pack a battery of 3200 mAh which will give users 25 hours of 3G time, 29 hours of GSM time and a whopping 659 hours of standby time.  

On the insides, the Butterfly S will be powered by Snapdragon SoC with four krait cores clocked at 1.9GHz.  It will have 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory with slot for microSD card expansion.  The Butterfly S will come with Android Jelly Bean out of the box with the HTC trademark Sense 5 UI with BlinkFeed etc.

It will feature a 2.1MP front camera with support for 1080p video recording and HDR still photography.  It will also have the same HTC UltraPixel camera like one on HTC One.  Another huge plus added to HTC Butterfly S is  dual front stereo speakers powered by HTC BoomSound. 

For connections,  the Butterfly S will come with support for HSPA+ and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac bands.  It is DLNA compatible and comes with an IR blaster, support for Miracast wireless display and MHL support in the micro USB port. The Butterfly S also has an NFC chip and Bluetooth 4.0. 

The Taiwanese retailer Sogi has listed its price NT$22,900.00 which works out to approx $766.00 (Rs.44,000.00) which is to say that Butterfly S wont come cheap.   Although HTC has announced that the HTC Butterfly S will be available in select Asia Pacific markets from July the general availability for the larger world is not confirmed yet.
