Quick memo

Quick memo is a note-taking tool that gives you the freedom to either scribble or type down important notes you need to remember. After creating notes, you can share them via Share Link and social media sites or turn them into a task inside Do It Later.

Creating a sticky note

You can turn Quick memo notes into a sticky note so you can view them wherever, on your Zenfone device. To create a sticky note, just tap on the pin icon on the upper right corner of Quick memo after creating your note.

[ZenUI] How to Viewing the photo location


Viewing the photo location

Enable the location access on your Zenfone device, and get the location details on your photos. Your photos’ location details include the area where the photos are taken, as well a map of the location via Google Map or Baidu (in China only).
To view the details of a photo:

1. Turn on the location access from Menu > Settings > Location.
2. Ensure that you have shared your location to Google Map or Baidu.
3. Launch the Gallery app, and select the photo whose photo details you want to view.
4. Tap the photo then tap

Asustek to add second chip partner to ZenFone 2 series

According to Focustaiwan.tw. Taiwan's Asustek Computer Inc. said Wednesday that it plans to add a second chip supplier for the successor of its low-cost ZenFone range as part of efforts to double its smartphone shipments next year.

Asustek CEO Jerry Shen told the press at an investor conference that the company intends to launch its ZenFone 2 models at the Consumer Electronics Show in the United States in January next year, with a starting price tag of NT$9,990 (US$327).

All of the new phones scheduled for release at the annual trade show will be powered by Intel Corp. chips and will support 4G LTE connectivity, Shen said, adding that LTE-enabled phones will account for about 30 percent-40 percent of Asustek's total smartphone shipments in 2015.

The company estimates that it will ship 8 million smartphones this year and 16 million units next year, as it plans to expand the availability of ZenFones to about 20 markets globally from 14 markets this year, while putting more focus on China and Japan, he added.

To achieve that aggressive shipment target, Shen said, Asustek will team up with a second chip supplier to produce cheaper ZenFone 2 models priced at NT$4,990.

The second-platform ZenFone 2 will include variants that will be launched in January with two major Chinese wireless carriers -- China Mobile Ltd. and China Telecom Corp. -- with some other models designed for the global market, according to Shen, who declined to name the second chip supplier.

The CEO forecast that Asustek's smartphone business will turn profitable for the whole of next year and make up about 15 percent of the company's 2015 full-year revenue.

Asustek reported that day third-quarter net income of NT$5.81 billion (US$190 million), the highest level of the past six quarters, due in part to better-than-expected shipments of smartphones.

The company shipped 2.8 million smartphones during the third quarter, beating its previous target of 2.6 million units.

Shares of Asustek closed down 0.16 percent at NT$319.50 Wednesday in Taipei before the company's earnings announcement.

Setting up your profile
Make your Zenfone device truly your own and set up your profile info.
  1. Launch the Contacts app then tap Set up my profile or ME. NOTE: ME appears when you’ve set up your Google account on your Zenfone device.
  2. Fill in your info such as mobile or home number. To add other info, tap Add another field.
  3. When you’ve completed your info, tap Done. To view your profile info, swipe down from the top
right of your screen to launch the Quick settings panel, then tap the button with your name on it.

How to fix Bootloop on Asus Zenfone 4 4.5 A450CG

Today i will post, How to fix Bootloop on Zenfone 4.5 A450CG

Resources:
  1.  ADB (Download HERE)
  2.  Intel USB Driver (Download HERE)
  3.  System.img.gz (Download HERE)
Instructions:
  1. Download all Resources above, Install Intel USB Driver and Extract ADB folder then place System.img.gz to ADB Folder.
  2. Turn off Zenfone 4 a450cg then go to Droidboot (Power + Volume up)
  3. Connect Device with PC/Laptop
  4. on ADB Folder Press Shift+Right Click then choose "open command window here"
  5. Then type this on CMD (bold only):
    fastboot erase cache then wait until complete
    fastboot erase userdata then wait until complete
    fastboot erase system then wait until complete
    fastboot reboot-bootloader then wait until complete (will restart to droidboot)
    fastboot flash system system.img.gz then wait until complete
    fastboot flash boot boot.img then wait until complete
    fastboot reboot-bootloader then wait until complete
  6. Factory Reset via Droidboot
